Assessments & Testing
Thoughtful, Comprehensive Evaluations Designed for Self-Understanding and Clarity
Comprehensive by design.
We accept a limited number of evaluations each month so that every assessment receives the time and attention it deserves. That means looking beyond test scores—taking time to understand your questions, selecting measures thoughtfully, integrating the full picture, and developing recommendations that are designed to increase your quality of life.
Evaluations are led by Dr. Guarnieri, a licensed psychologist and school psychologist specializing in neurodiversity across the lifespan. With over 15 years of experience in schools and more than 10,000 hours of assessment experience, she brings deep clinical expertise and a nuanced understanding of high-functioning and often overlooked presentations.
Types of Evaluations Offered
ADHD & Executive Functioning: Diagnostic clarification with personalized recommendations and medication considerations (virtual testing available).
Autism Evaluations: Comprehensive, medically recognized evaluations for children and adults— including those who are high functioning or have been historically overlooked.
Anxiety, Depression, & Mood: Diagnostic insight with clear recommendations for support and treatment planning, including collaboration with psychiatrists and physicians.
Learning Disability & Dyslexia Testing: Assessment of learning differences including dyslexia and challenges in reading, writing, and math.
School-Based Evaluations & Updates: Documentation for IEPs, 504 plans, private school, and college accommodations.
