Helping Neurodivergent Individuals Feel Heard, Understood, and Empowered
Closer Horizons offers a warm, supportive space where neurodivergent adults and teens can feel understood—without judgment or pressure to “mask.” Here, you can express what’s really going on, work through family stress, and build practical communication and problem-solving skills that fit your brain and life. When teens feel heard and supported, they’re better able to navigate anxiety or low mood, manage conflict at home, and strengthen relationships with peers and family. Therapy can be a place to find out who you are without the mask on.
